For Whom I Write
In an industry dominated by subjective critic rating scales, antique reputations of the best, and large funded mass marketing campaigns; many winemakers all over the world quietly labor away unnoticed and underappreciated. The more that I am able to peer behind the curtain that separates the wine industry and the public; It becomes more apparent to me for a need to have someone tell the tale of these producers. Not every great artist will receive their well-earned praise, but I aim to shine a light on those that cross my path. These are the stories of people who have dedicated their lives to passion; To the relentless pursuit of producing a higher quality. The men and women pursuing a more accurate expression of, not only wines, but themselves.

Their vines are planted on steep slopes with small terraces dug into the hill and protected from erosion by carefully stacked stone walls.
